Strategy & Analysis
Our process begins with our Strategy & Analysis team conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative reviews of client operations, limitations, and goals, frequently including numerous site visits. The initial results of these studies are presented to our Field Engineers who validate and augment the underlying assumptions and estimates with tailored data collection from live operating environments. These elements are then synthesized to create user-specific TORQUE reports.
Engineering & Design
Using the specific Risks and Exposures identified in the TORQUE report, we leverage our network of Subject-Matter Experts (SME) to design a holistic, adaptive system to mitigate the challenges that were identified. Our primary design focus is on optimizing client team's Distributed Situational Awareness, allowing issues to be addressed before they become emergencies. Therefore, most systems include both technical components to enable more efficient communications, and procedural elements aimed at optimizing individual team-member actions remotely and on-site. Our partner network collectively offers SME in most common protocols, with the accompanying design and installation certifications to match.
